Radioligand Therapy
Radioligand therapy (RLT) has emerged as a new class of precision oncology drugs over the past few years. RLT combines two elements – a targeting compound which binds to markers expressed by tumors, and a radioactive isotope. Together, these elements aim to deliver targeted radiation to the tumor and cause DNA damage in order to inhibit tumor growth and replication. These resources share best practices for developing a radioligand therapy program.
